£22,000 – £24,000 per annum

Joining a friendly construction / facilities management company in the outskirts of Petersfield, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of client contract works through planning regular maintenance. You will be responsible for:
- Finalising engineer generated Reports and Certificates – providing to clients and uploading on to databases
- Updating company operating systems
- Ensuring client portals are updated on work status
- Liaising with Engineers and Contract Managers to ensure planned works are completed on time and with all documentation required
- Checking works are being attended / completed
- Liaising with other teams to scope if they have capacity to pick up emergency jobs where reuired
- Checking in on teams to ensure they have sufficient work for their current capacity
Any previous planning experience or experience working within construction / facilities management would be highly beneficial, but the company can consider strong administrative candidates who are willing to learn. Full training can be given on the role. You will need your own transport as public transport links are not ideal in this area.
