Our client is a friendly company seeking a new Project Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will help facilitate engineering / maintenance projects by working with the Projects team in all aspects of administration
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to organise administration for planned works
- Finalise Engineer produced Reports and Certificates for Client Site Compliance
- Liaise with Clients and Contract Managers
- Update the company systems and client portals efficiently to reflect works completed
- Assist with general activities of the Help Desk when required
- Liaise with clients and contracts managers to ensure good communication on all aspects of works required and undertaken, including relevant documentation
- Follow and enhance company procedures to ensure works are carried out competently and efficiently
The company are happy to offer training on this role. Any previous projects experience would be beneficial, but not essential. You will need to be an organised person and a strong communicator. The company is based on the outskirts of Petersfield in a rural location, so ideally you will have your own transport.
