Part-time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Hambledon, Hampshire

Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. Youl will work closely with Client Service Managers and will be working on a diverse range of clients’, taking responsbility for duties such as:

  • Processing purchase invoices, expenses, and sales invoices
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Posting journals
  • Managing fixed assets
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Management accounts
  • Maintaining and building client relationships and visit client premises as needed
  • Training clients on accounts software, answering client queries

Any previous experience working within an accountancy practice would be highly beneficial but not essential. The firm predominantly uses Xero software so previous experience of this would be an advantage. The firm are in the outskirts of Romsey, so you will need your own transport.
