A fantastic role working within a well-established firm of Accountants in the local area, the successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with the Partners to assist a varied client portfolio. You will be responsible for duties such as:
- Accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- VAT returns
- Tax computations, planning and assistance as needed
- Preparing management accounts for clients
- Answering client queries
- Assisting junior members of staff
You will need previous experience working within a firm of Accountants within a similar role and ideally have completed AAT / have studied ACCA or similar. The firm can consider a range of full or part-time hours, with flexibility to fit the right candidate, circa 16 hours per week and upwards.
