Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accountant on a part-time basis. The role will be varied and will mainly centre around the preparation of timely monthly management accounts with commentary for the Board, as well as producing cash flow forecasts and budgets with variance analysis, as well as preparing final year end accounts and liaising with the External Accountants. There is also a payroll to be run, and the appointed applicant must be prepared to adopt a hands on role and undertake the more transactional work when necessary.
Our client is keen to encourage applications from fully and part-qualfied Accountants who have gained experience at the appropriate level, as wel as those who are qualfiied by experience.
It is envisaged that our client will need somebody to work between 2 and 3 days per week (16 – 22 hours), and our client can be flexible when these are worked, so they could be worked over 2 or 3 longer days or 4 or 5 shorter days to suit. Our client is able to accommodate school hours.
