Full or Part-time Finance Assistant

£25,000 – £28,000 per annum

Ringwood, Hampshire

A great opportunity to work directly with the Finance Manager for a friendly Group of companies. You will be responsible for a really varied role, including:

  • Maintaining Sales and Purchase ledgers
  • Preparation of l management accounts, production of monthly reports and analysis
  • Monthly review of client accounts, ensuring timely payment etc
  • Daily cash book reconciliations
  • Processing invoices
  • Undertaking credit control duties, liaising with customers and minimising bad debt
  • General office administration such as assisting with Health & Safety procedures, assisting in development of processes, identify training needs, etc.

The company are looking for both full and part-time candidates, circa 25 hours per week and upwards. The company offers hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and the rest from home.
