£48,000 – £58,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business during an exciting time in their development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring all aspects are efficiently run, from account reconciliation to financial analysis and forecasts, and reporting to the management team. You will be responsible for:
- Overall management for the company’s cash and stock management policy
- Production of statutory accounts, monthly financial reporting, year end and management of the audit process
- Ensuring the company financials are robust, accurate and compliant and they they support future growth
- VAT returns and all HMRC filings
- Payroll for 35 members of staff
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and management of annual forecasts
- Accruals and prepayments
You will need previous experience working at a similar level and be confident at overseeing a small team. The company can consider those qualified / part qualified ACCA / CIMA or similar, but are equally happy to consider those qualified by experience.
