Full or Part-time Payroll Clerk

£28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Ringwood, Hampshire

A fantastic role for those specialising in all aspects of running a payroll. Working within a friendly team, the successful candidate will be responsible for duties such as:

  • Processing salaried staff payroll
  • Processing timesheets and uploading on to Sage Payroll software
  • P11ds, P45s, P60s etc,
  • Processing all statutory deductions, court orders, student loands etc
  • Bonuses, commission, SMP / SPP / SSP
  • Submission to HMRC via rti
  • All pension duties including processing starters and leavers, auto-enrolment administration
  • Assisting the finance team with general invoicing duties, accounts administration etc as needed

The company can consider candidates looking for either full or part-time hours, circa 25 hours per week and upwards, and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread. Previous experience running payroll from end to end is needed, and experience with Sage would be beneficial but not essential.
