£23,500 – £24,500 per annum

Working within a company related to property, you will be joining a dedicated team of accountancy staff. Your responsibility as Credit Controller will be to undertake a variety of duties including:
- Running aged debtor reports for any arrers in service charges, ground rents, etc
- Producing credit control letters in accordance with office procedures and emailing / sending via post
- Reviewing and calculating all accounts with a standing order / payment plan arrangement, liaising to ensure the agreements are maintaned
- Following credit control proceedings and escalating as needed for recovery action
- Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors etc
- Dealing with court judgements and all associated administration
- Processing payments via online banking
- Dealing with high volumes of payments / service charge queries via email and phone
Ideally you will have previous credit control experience and an excellent telephone manner with good organisation. Any previous experience within the property sector would be beneficial but not essential
