Part-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Gosport, Hampshire

A fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly company in the Gosport area, the successful candidate will take on a variety of bookkeeping and office duties. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Sales ledger duties including sales order processing, invoicing and credit control
  • Purchase ledger duties, making payments, processing invoices
  • Daily banking
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager with management accounts
  • General office administration e.g. diary management, answering phone, directing queries, etc.

The company uses Sage software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 16-20 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread.
