Document Controller

£26,000 – £30,000 per annum

Waterlooville, Hampshire

Our client is a well-established company in the construction industry. They are seeking a Document Controller to join their team. Responsible for a variety of information release and publishing, answering queries and transmittal management. Duties will include:

  • Managing the receipt and processing of project documentation
  • Management of electronic submittals and task order information, delivery plans and schedules
  • Uploading design administration documents and tracking responses
  • Collating information packages to send to Designers
  • Issuing Design Reports to the Project Team, including outstanding items and items of key concern
  • Supporting the Design and Operations departments in tracking information electronically and by hard copy
  • Interacting with clients and answering queries as needed

This role would suit an organised person, with good inter-personal skills and strong experience using MIcrosoft Office. Previous experience in the construction industry would be highly beneficial.
