Joining a long established, accountancy firm, the successful candidate will take on a range of accounting and tax duties for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for:
- Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- VAT returns
- Self-assessments
- Assisting with corporation tax
- Answering client queries and dealing direct with clients
- Some payroll and CIS experience
- Assisting junior members of staff
You will need previous experience working within a firm of Accountants in a similar position and have either AAT or ACCA qualifications. Experience of Xero, Quickbooks and software based accounting systems essential. The firm also offers free parking
