£13.00 – £14.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity to join a small but friendly company. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Answering incoming calls to the office and directing calls to the correct person
- Answering enquiries via telephone and email
- Producing general documentation
- Booking appointments and liaising with clients and employees to ensure they run smoothly
- General office manager
- Transferring documentation onto online systems
- Raising invoices and sending to clients
The company are ideally looking for someone to work 4-5 days a week, between 30-37.5 hours per week. You will need previous experience in Office Administration and have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel for spreadsheets.
