Joining a friendly team based just West of Dorking, you will be assisting the Accounts Manager in all aspects of finance. You will be responsible for:
- Creation of sales invoices, checking and submitting and entering onto accounts software
- Purchase ledger including paying suppliers in a timely manner, submitting invoices for authorisation
- Credit control
- Resolving customer accounting queries, directly enquiries to the correct person and building positive customer relationships
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with management accounts / reporting
You will need to be confident speaking with clients and have previous experience working in accountancy, however the company will train the right candidate if there’s any aspect of the role they haven’t had exposure to previously. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 22-25 hours per week.
