Our client is a friendly company based near Hursley, who are seeking an extra member of their administration team due to company growth. You will assist with a range of administration and accounts teams in
- Booking appointments
- Answering enquiries via telephone and email
- Vehicle management – insurance, MOTs, etc
- Order equipment, uniform, stationery etc
- General compliance, ensuring employees have relevant qualifications, booking in training courses, etc
- Health & safety and associated monitoring
- Invoicing
- Monitoring incoming invoices and processing ready for payment
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- General bookkeeping duties using Xero software
Previous experience undertaking both administration and accountancy would be highly beneficial, but the company can consider strong administrative candidates who are motivated to undertake accounts duties. The company estimate this role will be circa 80% adminstration and 20% accounts duties, however if a candidate is particularly strong on accountancy, they could consider reallocating more accounts duties to this role.
The company estimate this role will be circa 16 hours a week but could consider up to 20 hours for the right person. They are very flexible regarding how the hours are spread, with hours to suit.
This role is based in a remote location, so a driving license / access to own transport would be highly beneficial.
