£25,000 – £30,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business who are seeking some additional help within their accounts department due to growth. As Accounts Assistant, you will be predominantly responsible for accounts receivable, but undertaking a range of duties including:
- Producing sales invoices
- Allocating payments to debtors accounts
- Credit control and following up on outstanding payments
- Assisting with accounts payable duties as needed
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with other accounts duties as needed
- Scanning documents and filing, general administration needed
- Processing payroll on a weekly basis
- Use of Sage, Sage Payroll & Excel
The company are ideally looking for someone to work full-time. Previous experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll would be highly beneficial. You will need previous experience undertaking accounts duties, and previous payroll experience would be useful but not absolutely essential.
