Our client is a small, friendly organisation in Hamble who are seeking a new Accounts Manager to join their team .The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Entering data onto Xero software, keeping ledgers up to date
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Liaising with Management team
- Answering employee accountancy queries
- Payroll and pensions administration
- Creating and improving procedures/policy for the accountancy function, to ensure streamlined efficiency
- Management accounts
- Assisting with preparation for year end
The company uses Xero software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. The company are ideally hoping for someone AAT Qualified or similar equivalent, however they can also consider those with a strong background in Accounts Management.
