A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, modern firm of Accountants seeking a new Client Bookkeeper to join their Bookkeeping department. Working with a wide portfolio of varied clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Client bookkeeping using Xero & Freeeagent software
- Monthly / quarterly VAT returns
- CIS returns
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with clients as needed to request further information / documents
- Answering client bookkeeping queries
- Assisting other departments as needed / offering support to other members of the team
The firm can consider both full or part-time candidates, ideally circa 25 hours a week an upwards. The firm offers hybrid working with a split of circa 60% in office, 40% from home. Previous experience working within a firm of Accountants or bookkeeping bureau would be highly beneficial, but not essential as the firm can consider a strong double-entry bookkeeper with good experience.
