We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Provide reception cover and act as the first point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, and callers, ensuring a friendly, calm, and professional welcome.
- Control and monitor the safe movement of people entering and exiting the building.
- Build positive relationships with families and visitors, supporting a pleasant and meaningful visiting experience.
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, responding to enquiries—including potential customer enquiries
- Liaise with all areas of the Trust, including housing, maintenance, accounts, IT and Head Office, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Produce and send letters, emails, notices, posters, and other correspondence in various formats as required.
- Prepare, check, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and senior management team, including supporting audits, projects and compliance activities.
This is a part-time position working Sunday 10am – 4.30pm, Monday 9am – 5pm & Tuesday 9am – 5pm – totalling 21 hours per week. An immediate start is required and will run til the end of January.
