Our client is an establised firm of Accountants seeking a motivated and experienced semi-senior / senior accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of accounting projects and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and other accounting reports for clients
- Assist with tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
- Provide support to senior staff on various accounting projects
- Oversee work from junior memebers of staff
- Answer client queries
- Assist with VAT returns, bookkeeping, etc
- Advising clients on software
Ideally you will have 2-3 years+ experience working within an accounting firm in a similar role, and have a passion for accounting. Ideally you will be ACCA / ACA part qualified or higher, however the firm can consider those who have studied AAT. The firm are considering a range of experience, those at the higher end of salary expectation will need considerable accountancy practice experience / client management experience.
