A friendly, professional company based in Waterlooville is seeking a new Accounts Assistant to join their team. The Accounts Assistant will assist the company’s senior Bookkeeper with tasks such as:
- Processing supplier payments
- Creating purchase orders
- Generating sales invoices
- Managing employee expenses
- Undertaking general pension administration
- PAYE duties
- Following up on overdue fees
- General office duties / administration
The company are ideally looking for someone to work 3 full days a week, Wednesday-Friday, however there could be some flexibility regarding this. Ideally, you will have some previous accounts experience.
