Part-time Bookkeeper

£13.00 – £16.00 per hour

Gosport, Hampshire

Joining a small, friendly company in the Gosport area, the successful candidate will take on a role of bookkeeping and office duties. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • All sales ledger duties including sales order processing, invoicing and credit control
  • Purchase ledger duties, making payments, processing invoices
  • Daily banking
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with some elements of preparing monthly management accounts
  • Providing payroll cover for the Payroll Manager
  • General office administration e.g. diary management, answering phone, directing queries, etc.

The company uses Sage software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. You will need good bookkeeping / accounts experience. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-25 hours per week, ideally over 4 or 5 days.
