Administrator / Accounts Assistant

£11.00 – £13.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company in the Portsmouth area. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administration and accounts duties including:

  • Ordering materials
  • Booking hotels
  • Organising work permits
  • Ordering skips/containers
  • Collating files
  • Bought ledger
  • Supplier payments
  • Bank & credit card reconciliation
  • Ordering stationery
  • CIS Returns & payment statements
  • Updating calendars
  • Raising & sending quotes
  • Dealing with all associated queries

This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys varied duties, and is confident in administration and general accounting duties. Any previous study of accounting would be beneficial.
