Our client is a well-established company who are seeking a new part-time Accounts Manager to undertake all aspects of accounting for two businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for duties such as:
- General bookkeeping for sales and purchase ledgers
- Banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier payments
- Invoicing and credit control
- Monthly payroll and associated pension administration
- VAT returns
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting, analysis of forecast against actual
- Providing Directors with a strategic financial input, making suggestions as needed
The company uses Xero software, so previous experience of this would be essential. They are ideally looking for someone to work between 10-15 hours per week, with one day in the office, and the rest of the hours can be completed remotely. The company are based in the southern outskirts of Salisbury.
