Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including:
- Answering phone calls and transferring clients to the correct member of staff
- Supporting managers with administrative duties for their work
- Preparing, organising and storing information both digitally and paper files
- Answering queries via phone and email
- Post / deliveries
- Assisting with stationery orders etc
- Ad hoc duties to support the team
Any administrative experience would be beneficial but the company will confider anyone with enthusiasm / a proactive nature who likes getting involved and working within a team.
