Our client is a well-established business looking for some extra part-time help for their friendly team. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
Duties will include general book-keeping,
- General bookkeeping duties, inputting, ledgers, etc
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Payroll duties including auto-enrolment pension administration
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Reporting to the Finance Manager (to enable the production of cashflows, management accounts and reports)
liaising with the accountants - Other duties will include management of Bank accounts, online banking, cheques, payments and petty cash
- Insurance administration and management of utilities, vehicle tax etc
- General administration and filing
The company are looking for someone to work circa 2 days a week, but can be flexible and accommodate 3 shorter days, etc. They use Sage 50 so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial.
