Our client is a friendly company looking for some extra help within their accounts department. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Sales invoice processing
- Purchase invoice processing
- Bank reconciliations (including foreign currency)
- Monitoring and recording staff expenses
- Assisting with accounts reporting
Ideally, you will have a good working knowledge of Quickbooks software, and Excel experience. If you are available immediately or at short notice, that would be highly beneficial, but not essential. The company are looking for someone to work on a temporary basis for circa 6 months.
