A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, established company looking for a new Account Manager due to company growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting their own portfolio of clients with any enquiries
- Managing company inboxes, answering queries
- Answering incoming calls to liaise with clients regarding ongoing work
- Discussing orders with clients and talking them through the process, processing order administration
- Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients within a range of companies
- Learning about company products so you can knowledgeably provide advice to clients and assist with their ongoing business needs
Previous Customer Account Manager experience would be highly beneficial, but not essential as training can be given. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills specialising in providing excellent customer service and building strong business relationships.
