A fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly business working within their accounts department. You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing client statements, attaching invoices and emailing / posting to clients
- Raising BACS payments
- Processing invoices and saving to relevant files
- Processing debit card payments
- Dealing with invoice queries via phone and email
- Posting direct debit payments
- Processing incoming bank receipts
- Bank reconciliations
Ideally you will have previous experience working within accounts / will have studied accountancy. The company are happy to provide training on aspects of the role. Previous use of MS Excel would be beneficial.
