Accounts / Office Manager

£32,000 – £40,000 per annum

Sutton Scotney, Hampshire

We have a client based near Sutton Scotney who is looking to appoint an Accounts / Office Manager to work within their small but dynamic team. This is a full time position working office based 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for;

  • Monthly bookkeeping duties
  • Processing the payroll
  • Undertaking credit control duties
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Some diary management for engineers and fitters
  • Some basic stock management, overseeing stock coming in and going out
  • General office administration, managing office contracts, insurance etc

Previous experience of working with Sage Line 50 software is essential.
