We have a client based near Sutton Scotney who is looking to appoint an Accounts / Office Manager to work within their small but dynamic team. This is a full time position working office based 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for;
- Monthly bookkeeping duties
- Processing the payroll
- Undertaking credit control duties
- Processing purchase invoices
- Some diary management for engineers and fitters
- Some basic stock management, overseeing stock coming in and going out
- General office administration, managing office contracts, insurance etc
Previous experience of working with Sage Line 50 software is essential.
