We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management.
- Perform accurate data entry for tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain organised records of all property-related documentation.
- Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role,
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
No previous experience of working within property management is required.
This is a full-time office based position working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
