A great opportunity for anyone looking for part-time Bookkeeping work in the Waterlooville area. Joining a friendly team in the construction industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices / credit notes
- Banking, bank reconciliations
- Allocating funds received from customers
- Running purchase ledger
- Creditor payment runs
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Petty Cash
- CIS returns / reverse charge VAT
- Processing / reconciling company credit cards
- General office administration
- Use of Xero software
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-25 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread, to suit the successful candidate. You will need strong bookkeeping experience, and ideally have experience in the construction industry / undertaking CIS returns. Previous experience using Xero software would be highly beneficial
