Part-time Bookkeeper / HR Administrator

£15.50 – £16.50 per hour

Chobham, Surrey

Joining a successful, award winning business to undertake bookkeeping and HR duties, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

  • General bookkeeping
  • Monthly payroll and PAYE reports, associated pension duties
  • CIS returns
  • VAT returns, preparation and filing
  • Preparation for year end to pass on to external Accountants
  • Liaising with HMRC / Companies House
  • Onboarding new employees and supporting recruitment
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Overseeing / managing administrative functions in the office
  • Answering correspondence and directing to the correct contact where needed
  • Use of Xero software

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience of Xero would be highly beneficial, as would any HR experience.
