A part-time position for a company going through consistent growth. You will be offering strategic insight through reporting and liaising with Directors, improving procedures and processes and assist with the continued growth of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the overall accountancy function,
- VAT returns
- Monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasting, profit & loss, budgeting
- Liaising with HMRC, Companies House, etc
- Meeting with Directors, advising on the accounts function and offering strategic insight
- Updating and developing procedures and processes to streamline the accountancy function
- Year end accounts preparation
- Use of Xero software
The company are ideally looking for someone part-time circa 25-30 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. They are ideally looking for someone part qualified or qualified ACCA / CIMA etc. You will need strong knowledge of Xero software.
