Purchase Ledger Clerk

£22,000 – £24,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, well-established business within their busy accounts team. You will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable function for the business. Duties will include:

  • Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Filing and recording invoices
  • Generating invoices and ensuring they are approved prior to payment
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing supplier payment runs
  • Managing and maintaining the purchase invoices inbox
  • General admin support

Any previous experience using SAP would be beneficial but by no means essential. Ideally, you will have previously worked within accounts payable and have a general foundation of accounting knowledge.
